Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care to residents, developing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and adjust interventions based on progress and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
• Document all treatments and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and injury prevention
• Maintain and calibrate therapeutic equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
