Roles & Responsibilities

Work independently to assess and treat patients
Perform transfers and mobilizations as needed
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Qualifications

Current CA PT license
AHA BLS certification
Experience in Physical Therapy, preferably in a post-acute setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
Post-acute care principles and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
