Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Montana (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interactions
Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and evidence-based practice
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
