Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Montana (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)

Education

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interactions
• Knowledge of rehabilitation therapy principles and evidence-based practice
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
