Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain compliance with VA and SNF regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license (PT)
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or DPT) from an accredited program
• Entry‑level to 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday schedule without weekend rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of VA and skilled nursing facility care environments
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques and manual therapy
• Understanding of patient safety and infection control protocols
• Ability to document in electronic health record systems
• Effective patient education and motivational skills
