Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license in North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- New graduates welcome - we will train!
- Experience in outpatient and acute care settings preferred but not required
Education
- Physical therapy degree (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and general rehabilitation conditions
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily caseload of around 8 patients
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Adaptable to different care settings: outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed
