Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for patients
• Provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions and exercises
• Document patient progress and update electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physical therapists and interdisciplinary teams
• Support patients in achieving functional goals and improving quality of life

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or equivalent license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient‑centered care
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical record systems

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and evaluation
• Therapeutic exercise prescription
• Manual therapy techniques
• Rehabilitation equipment usage
• Documentation and charting
