Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
- Collaborate with physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and adjust exercises to maximize recovery
- Educate patients and families on safe movement techniques and home exercises
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment that motivates every patient
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maine
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
