Roles & Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in patient safety by reviewing and verifying medication orders during the night shift
• Compound and dispense sterile and non-sterile medications with precision and care
• Provide clinical pharmacy consultations to hospital staff and patients
• Monitor medication therapies and intervene to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all pharmacy activities accurately in the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive pharmacy team to ensure seamless overnight operations

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license required
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
• Sterile compounding certification preferred but not required
• Comfortable working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Understanding of sterile compounding practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
