Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized physical therapy plans for patients
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques
• Knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and pathology
• Experience with manual therapy and modalities
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Patient education and motivational interviewing
