Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment
• Take and process dental impressions for appliance fabrication
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with lab technicians

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Experience in dental assisting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliance types
• Proficiency with dental software and record‑keeping
• Instrument sterilization and infection control techniques
• Patient education and counseling
• Team collaboration and coordination
