Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; cycle scheduling; every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents with CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and diabetes
- Administer minimal IV medications as needed
- Collaborate with CNAs and charge nurse to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
- Foster a home-like environment promoting teamwork and respect
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Minnesota
- BLS certification required
- Experience with long-term care or geriatric population preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in PointClickCare electronic medical records
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
