Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting their independence and dignity
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust individualized care plans

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Delaware
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Pass required DHSS background check and fingerprinting
• Comfortable working overnight NOC shifts
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of EHR and medical record keeping
