Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible schedule, shifts typically 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive care to patients
- Assess patients' oral health and document findings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Assist dentists during procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the treatment area
- Use Denticon software for patient records and scheduling
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygiene license in Maryland
- Experience working in a dental office
- Comfortable with pediatric patients (pedo office experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Denticon software preferred
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills for managing patient flow
