Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform dental cleanings, exams, and patient education
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants for optimal care
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Current CPR certification
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical and patient care skills
Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different clinic environments
