Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform cleanings, exams, and patient education
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and infection control standards
Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices

Qualifications

Active Virginia Dental Hygiene license required
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and compassion for patients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Comfortable using electronic health records
