Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICU
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of safety

Qualifications

Active California RN license or Nursys verification
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Proven CVICU experience essential
Successful completion of required pharmacology, rhythm, and skills exams

Knowledge & Skills

Strong CVICU clinical expertise
Cardiac rhythm interpretation
Critical thinking under pressure
Clear communication with patients and the care team
