  • Position-Specific Performance Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:
  • · Performs MRI procedures at a tech level in accordance with protocols.
  • · Demonstrates advanced knowledge in radiographic procedures including, but not limited to, X-ray and Fluoroscopy, with C-arm, and OR work.
  • · Practices radiation safety, adhering to ALARA standards.
  • · Ability to operate equipment consistent with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • · Troubleshoots equipment problems and independently calls a service engineer if the malfunction needs outside maintenance.
  • · Maintains accurate patient records in EHR, including charging for procedures and supplies.
  • · May be required to perform other functions within the clinic. Any additional training required will be provided.
  • · Demonstrates flexibility by assisting in other modalities, adjusting schedules, and taking call, overtime, or holiday shifts as needed.
  • · Obtains additional training or certification as required.
  • · Assists with clerical duties, phone reception, and patient transportation when required.
  • · Assists, trains, or cross-trains imaging staff members as directed.
  • · Must be self-motivated, use independent judgment, and be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • · Orders, stocks, and maintains supply inventory.

  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • · Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for positions requiring driving, with a valid driver’s license).
  • · Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • · Must successfully pass a background check.
  • · Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).
  • · Must complete an Employee Health meeting prior to starting employment.
