Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate basic patient care and support daily living activities with dignity
Assist patients with mobility, bathing, feeding and hygiene while promoting independence
Observe and document patient condition, reporting notable changes to nursing staff promptly
Support safe and clean patient environments by following infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver timely, coordinated care during your shift
Participate in orientation and training to maintain high standards of patient care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification (required)
Comfortable performing hands-on patient care and basic clinical tasks
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to attend orientation as indicated in the posting
Reliable and punctual with the ability to complete 5-hour shifts as scheduled

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
Basic vital signs observation and documentation
Infection control practices and proper PPE use
Compassionate patient interaction and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly to nursing staff
