Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Variable shifts starting between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, possible on-call requirements

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms for orthopedic and spine procedures with precision and care
Assist surgeons during Mako robotic knee and hip surgeries ensuring seamless workflow
Maintain sterile field and handle surgical instruments with expertise throughout procedures
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Support spine surgery cases with specialized knowledge and attention to detail

Qualifications

Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
BLS certification needed
Strong orthopedic surgery experience including spine procedures
Mako Robotic System experience preferred
Ability to work variable shifts with possible on-call requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and spine surgical procedures
Proficiency with Mako Robotic System for knee and hip surgeries
Strong understanding of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail in fast-paced surgical environments
