Referral program
Pass on a good thing. Get paid for it.
You already know who the good ones are. Introduce them to us: $100 the day they start, then $1 for every hour they work — for as long as they work. No limits, and no cap on how many people you refer.
Who we're looking for
Three groups, one deal.
Every referral pays the same way — $100 on day one, then $1 an hour. These are the people our recruiters are asked for most often.
Specialty nurses
RNs and LPN/LVNs with a specialty behind them — ICU, ER, L&D, OR, PACU, telemetry, behavioral health. Per diem, contract or travel, whichever suits them.
Therapy
Physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and the PTAs and COTAs who work alongside them. Schools, rehab, home health and outpatient.
Allied professionals
Every allied discipline is welcome — imaging, lab, respiratory, surgical, dental and pharmacy. If they are good at what they do, we want to meet them.
How it works
Three steps, and none of them are yours to chase.
- 1
Tell us who they are
Their name and one way to reach them is enough. Give them a heads-up that we'll be in touch — nobody likes a cold call they weren't expecting.
- 2
We take it from there
A recruiter in their specialty calls within one business day. They get the same pay transparency, credentialing and after-hours support as every UHCS clinician.
- 3
You get paid, and keep getting paid
Your $100 lands on the payroll run after their first worked day. After that, $1 for every hour they work is added to your cheque — for as long as they're working. No limits on the hours, and none on how many people you refer.
Refer a friend today
Two names, and you're done.
Fill in your details and theirs. We only reach out to the person you name once you've confirmed they're happy to hear from us.
- $100 when your referral works their first day
- $1 for every hour they work after that — no limits
- No limit on how many people you refer
- Open to clinicians, colleagues and friends alike
The fine print: the $100 is paid on the first payroll run after your referral works their first day; the $1 hourly bonus follows on each payroll run for the hours they worked. They must be new to UHCS, and current UHCS employees can't be referred. Questions? Call (408) 441-9200.
