UHCS didn’t start in a boardroom. It began in a small San Jose home office in 2004, with one simple, radical belief: healthcare staffing should care as much as healthcare itself.
From those first placements at local senior homes to filling thousands of roles today across hospitals, schools, behavioral centers and home health programs, that belief has held for two decades.

Our credentialing and compliance team is led by a director with 25+ years in the field and maintains client-specific requirements for every facility we serve.
What facilities receive
United Health Care Staffing Inc. participates in E-Verify, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration program that electronically confirms every new hire's eligibility to work in the United States.
For facilities this means every clinician we place has completed Form I-9 and passed E-Verify before their first shift. For clinicians it means a fast, standard onboarding step with no surprises.
