Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Location: Port Charlotte, Florida

Start Date: 12-30-2025

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, every other weekend and holidays in rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough PT evaluations and personalized treatments to help patients regain mobility
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional acute care
  • Utilize mobility equipment and Meditech EMR to optimize patient outcomes
  • Manage a rewarding caseload of 9-10 patients daily in a dynamic 253-bed hospital

Qualifications

  • Valid Florida PT license is a must
  • MPT or DPT degree from an accredited program
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience to hit the ground running
