End Date: 09-20-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Support residents' mobility and comfort with transfers and positioning
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (or compact state)
Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and patience when working with elderly or ill patients
Attention to detail in documentation and care delivery
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
