Roles & Responsibilities

• Admit and independently manage ventilated neonatal and pediatric patients with confidence and precision
• Operate and titrate advanced ventilators (Servo-U, Drager VN500) for optimal respiratory support
• Set up and manage heliox therapy and non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP) when indicated
• Perform and manage neonatal-specific therapies such as Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide support, HFOV and HFJV
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic to support continuity and team communication
• Collaborate with NICU/PICU interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient-centered care plans
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and safety while working in a fast-paced critical care environment

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• PALS certification (required)
• Minimum 1+ year Neonatal ICU or PICU critical care experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with ventilator management (Servo-U) and advanced pediatric/neonatal ventilation modes
• Familiarity with non-invasive ventilation modalities (Bubble CPAP, BiPAP/CPAP) and heliox therapy
• Experience documenting in Epic
