Shift Type: Days as scheduled (to be confirmed), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening (day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to geriatric residents in a rehab setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) with dignity and respect
- Support mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and providers promptly
- Document care accurately and timely in facility records to ensure continuity of care
- Help create a welcoming environment that promotes independence and recovery
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required per facility policy)
- Prior experience working with geriatric or rehab populations is highly valued
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited GNA/CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living and geriatric care best practices
- Safe patient handling and basic transfer techniques
- Infection control principles and proper use of PPE
- Basic vital sign collection and reporting
- Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
