Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Advocate for patients' rights and provide compassionate support
• Stay current with medical advancements through continuous learning

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by New Hampshire Board of Nursing, verified via Nursys
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• At least some nursing experience; new graduates not accepted at this time

• Patient care and nursing process
• Medication administration and patient assessment
• Nursing documentation and medical terminology
• Supervising LPNs and Medical Assistants
• Care coordination and patient education
