Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, mother‑baby care to new parents and newborns
- Perform routine newborn assessments and interventions
- Assist with circumcisions, staple removal, and newborn testing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions
- Document patient care using Meditech & CPN charting systems
- Support lactation and family education
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1‑year current Mother‑Baby RN experience
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and patient‑centered care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Mother‑baby nursing practices
- Newborn assessment and care
- Use of infant warmers, bassinets, pulse oximetry, and bili lights
- Meditech & CPN charting
- Transition care for new parents
- Patient‑centered communication
