Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient you serve
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build personalized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to support the best outcomes
• Document care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and healthy habits
• Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and team dynamics
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of recent healthcare experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to start on October 19, 2026
• Commitment to a 16-week travel assignment
