Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a dynamic hospital environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning
• Adapt quickly to new protocols, technology, and patient populations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice or compact license
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical nursing skills across diverse patient populations
• Critical thinking and quick problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and families
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration
