Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and personalized patient care in a dynamic environment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare settings and protocols
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
