Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure a safe and healing environment for patients and families
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care nursing experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and work collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation
• Time management skills to handle a fast-paced workload
• Flexibility and resilience in a travel assignment environment
