Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and circulating duties during cardiac catheterization, EP, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor patients' hemodynamic status and provide direct nursing care before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and conscious sedation as ordered
• Document accurately in Machab and Cardiohab systems
• Collaborate with a highly experienced interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedure expectations and post-procedure care

Qualifications

• Active FL RN license or compact license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with procedures in Cath Lab, EP, Vascular & IR
• Ability to take call and work rotating weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring and intra-aortic balloon pump
• Knowledge of GE equipment and documentation systems like Machab and Cardiohab
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
