Travel LPN – UHC Staffing

Travel LPN

Location: Gallup, New Mexico

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 09-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 7:15 PM, with a 30-minute meal break

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
CPR certification (BLS) required
Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
