Shift Type: Shift 2 (Afternoon/Evening): 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity and comfort
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining
  • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team promptly
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety
  • Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

  • Active LNA certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, or an approved medical or religious exemption
  • Reliable transportation - you'll need your own vehicle for this assignment
  • Valid government-issued ID (state or federal) for facility badging
  • Willingness to work every other weekend and commit to the full 11-week contract
  • Comfort with background checks and facility onboarding requirements

  • Resident care fundamentals and safety practices
  • Accurate vital sign measurement and documentation
  • Clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
  • Compassion and patience in daily interactions
  • Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing resident needs
