Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
• Adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Advocate for patient safety and well-being
• Deliver compassionate care that makes a lasting impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in your specialty
• Active state license or compact license (NLC)
• BLS certification required (or obtain prior to start)
• ACLS preferred depending on specialty
• Ability to adapt to diverse healthcare settings
• Professional references and clean background check

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to document accurately and efficiently
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Team collaboration and patient advocacy
