Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adapting quickly to new healthcare environments
• Partner with physicians and colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and respectful space for patients and their families

Qualifications

• Valid professional license or certification as required by the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant healthcare experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it before starting
• Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
• Clear and empathetic communication with patients, families, and teammates
• Comfort with electronic medical records and standard clinical equipment
• Adaptability and a positive, team-first mindset
