Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent experience in your specialty
• Active professional license in the state of assignment or compact license
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed based on specialty
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical standards
• Proficient in electronic health records and documentation
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
