Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate patient care during night shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately in the EMR
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Float to different units as needed to support patient needs
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active professional license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience
• Current BLS certification (and specialty certifications as required)
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to new environments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Travel experience preferred but not required
