Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor patients using telemetry systems and promptly recognize changes in cardiac rhythm
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care throughout each shift
- Assess patient conditions and communicate significant findings to the care team
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
- Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification required
- Telemetry nursing experience or demonstrated competency preferred
- Ability to provide safe, attentive care in a fast-paced clinical setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm recognition
- Registered nursing practice
- Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
- Medication administration and treatment planning
- Clear communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Accurate clinical documentation
