• Common Cases Ortho Trauma/ Joints, Robotics, Neuro/Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, LV1 Trauma
• Experience or 'Must have' skills Robotics, Trauma
• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor 24/7
• Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 12s 7a-7p
• 9a-9p
• 10s 7a-5p. Mostly Self Schedule, generally no block scheduling
• Weeknight/Call Requirements yes- 3-4 shift/6w
• Weekend/Call Requirements No- unless need help
• Holiday/Call Requirements yes
• What is call response time? 2h
• Floating Requirements no floating within facility
• If an extreme need would have to float within Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN
