Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical teams during procedures
Prepare and maintain operating room equipment
Ensure sterile environment for surgeries
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality care

Qualifications

CST certification required
ACLS and BLS certifications preferred
Experience in operating room setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in surgical technology

Knowledge & Skills

Operating room procedures
Medical terminology
Sterilization and disinfection techniques
Electronic medical records (Cerner)
