Roles & Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight to subordinate nursing staff
Provide safe and professional care to residents
Practice Heritage Place's 'Choices Philosophy of Care'
Follow safety standards and report unsafe equipment
Coordinate primary care and promote resident well-being

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Nursing
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alaska
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1 year of experience in long-term care preferred

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
Familiarity with 'Choices Philosophy of Care'
