Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $33.60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for procedures
- Maintain sterile processing standards to support safe patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the OR team to meet daily instrument needs
- Operate steam sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, and other specialized equipment
- Follow strict infection control protocols to protect patients and staff
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sterile processing experience
- Sterile Processing certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with steam sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaners, and washers
- Familiarity with Meditech and Censitrac systems
- Knowledge of ortho, spine, general, bariatrics, gyn, urology, and podiatry procedures
- Understanding of sterile processing best practices
