Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, weekday and weekend, with holiday rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric and labor & delivery patients
- Seamlessly transition to med-surg when OB needs subside
- Take charge nurse shifts as assigned, leading the unit with confidence
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a top-rated Critical Access Hospital
- Ensure holiday coverage as part of the rotation schedule
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery required
- Active RN license in Iowa or compact state (NLC)
- Ability to cover med-surg as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in labor and delivery nursing
- Experience with med-surg patient care
- Proficient in Point Click EMR
- Charge nurse leadership abilities
