Location: Tuba City, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results
- Develop and implement speech therapy treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment results
- Provide specialty services like swallowing evaluations and cognitive treatment
- Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited school
- ASHA certification and current Speech-Language Pathology license in Arizona
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Swallowing evaluations and Videofluoroscopy (VFSS)
