Location: Franklin, NH

Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Weekend rotation

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in residents
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and swallowing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
- Document progress and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and safety
- Advocate for patients’ needs within the facility
Qualifications
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a valid state license
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Assessment techniques for speech and language disorders
- Therapeutic intervention strategies
- Documentation and charting
- Team collaboration
- Patient education
