Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments and therapy for pediatric and adult patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques to meet evolving needs
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises to support continued progress

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Proven experience working with both pediatric and adult populations
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in speech and language pathology across diverse patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for different settings and age groups
