Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Deliver skilled therapy designed to improve communication and swallowing function
• Document patient services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
• Strong communication skills
• Strong clinical problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide care in accordance with state and federal regulations

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
