Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to patients
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
• A dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
