Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical respiratory support to NICU patients
• Manage ventilators, airway, and ED support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and adjust therapies as needed
• Educate staff and families on respiratory care

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months NICU RRT experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Level 1 NICU experience
• PEDS experience
• NBRC Certification
• Critical care and PICU experience preferred
• Meditech proficiency
